The location was ideal for visiting family and exploring the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding a nice touch to our stay. The bed in our room was fantastic, ensuring we had a comfortable night's sleep after a long day. While we did experience some delays in service at the restaurant, it didn't overshadow our overall enjoyment.

Couple getaway, not without flaws

Checked in at night, the helpful staff at the desk made the long journey worth it. The bed was firm and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The wet room was clean, and you could smell that shower gel, it was refreshing, a real treat after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still tolerable considering the perks.

Breakfast had fresh pastries and various juices. Staff was super helpful, and the location was close to shops and the train station. Very clean and modern vibe.

i stayed 2 nights at ibis london sutton point and it was really nice! the place is super close to the train station and loads of shops around. staff was friendly and made everything easy for us. the room was comfy and clean, we had a really good sleep. extra pillows were provided, which was awesome!

the only thing i didn’t like was that the bed was a bit hard on the second night, and also it could get a lil noisy sometimes with outside traffic.

great spots for walking and dining near the hotel

It was wonderful to be just a few steps from the train station and enjoy a stroll to nearby parks and landmarks like Nonsuch Park and the charming Water Pavilion, making my weekend city exploration enjoyable and hassle-free.

The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was very hot and had issues with cleanliness. The check-in was quick, and while breakfast was decent, the parking situation could use improvement.

We had an awesome time with friends! The hotel is cool and in a great spot. We checked out Charlie's Corner for coffee and hit a theme park nearby. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was filling, perfect to start our days.

One downside was the lack of a safe in the room. It would have been nice to have a place to secure our valuables.

i stayed at ibis for 3 nights, and you can't fault the location! it's just around the corner from the train station. my double room was quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. the hotel is comfortable, making it perfect if you're just looking for a bed. overall, it could be improved, but for the essentials, it does the job well.
